    Audit Executive

    Job Title : Audit Executive
    Location : Kochi, Noida
    Job Type : Full-time (Work from Office)

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
      • Minimum of 1 year of UK audit experience.
      • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards.
      • Experience with audit & accounting software like MyWorkpapers, Caseware, Inflow, Xero, CCH, etc., is highly desirable.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Responsibilities:

      • Conduct risk-based audits of financial statements in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and financial reporting requirements.
      • Utilize audit software to streamline audit workflows, documentation, and reporting.
      • Prepare detailed workpapers and reports to document audit procedures and findings.
      • Stay current with changes in accounting and auditing standards, incorporating updates into audit practices.
      • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and presenting recommendations.
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit processes and methodologies.

    Job Title : Senior Auditor
    Location : Kochi, Noida

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
      • Minimum of 4-5 years of audit experience, preferably within a UK accounting firm.
      • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards.
      • Experience with UK audit & Accounting software is highly desirable.

    Job Title : Senior Bookkeeper (UK)
    Location : Kochi, Noida
    Job Type : Full-time

    Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
      • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
      • Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a focus on UK accounting.
      • Familiarity with UK VAT regulations and tax processes.
      • Proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Good organizational and time-management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

      • Record and classify financial transactions in accordance with UK accounting standards.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable,
        and general ledger entries.
      • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
      • Ensure accurate and timely recording of VAT transactions.
      • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and submissions.
      • Collaborate with the tax team to ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
      • Record and reconcile payments received.
      • Process and record supplier invoices.
      • Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies.
      • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.
      • Provide support during the audit process by preparing relevant schedules.
